History
On Thursday 18th September, we welcomed Delyth from 'Delve Into History' into our classroom. Del taught the children all about life in a Victorian classroom. We held coins from the era, used blackboards and scratchers to write with and had a look at various artefacts used as punishments. I hope the children have told you all about our exciting afternoon but here are some photographs to prompt conversation with.
Maths
This week we have been learning to partition numbers to 100. We have used Base 10 and Ten Frames to help us understand the place value of different numbers.
