COVID 19 INFORMATION

St Peter's Outbreak management plan for September 2021

Please can I ask for your continued support in trying to reduce the disruption to school and for all children by ensuring that you do not send your child into school if:

  • They are unwell in any way
  • They have symptoms of Covid19
  • If they have tested positive for Covid19

The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID19)

  • A new continuous cough
  • A high temperature (feel hot to touch on the chest or back)
  • A loss or change in your normal sense of taste or smell

Non-specific symptoms include:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of appetite
  • Myalgia
  • Sore throat
  • Headache
  • Nasal congestion
  • Diarrhoea
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting

If your child has any of the symptoms you will be requested to get a PCR test for your child. This is to prevent any further closures of school. Thank you to those parents who have had their child tested when requested to do so by school.
